1. Information We Collect
In connection with your use of the Vancro CEU Library, we collect: your name and email address; payment information, which is processed directly by Thinkific and its third-party payment processor and is not stored by Vancro; your course progress, assessment results, and completion status; and, where applicable to CEU reporting, your RID membership number.
2. Use of Information
We use the information collected to provide access to purchased courses, track and verify course completion, and issue and report Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit. Completion data associated with your RID membership number is reported to the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) as required under Vancro's status as an RID CMP Approved Sponsor.
3. Disclosure of Information
We disclose completion data to RID solely for the purpose of CEU reporting. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Payment information is handled exclusively by Thinkific and its payment processor in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and completion records indefinitely, in order to maintain accurate CEU reporting history and to comply with recordkeeping requirements associated with Vancro's RID CMP Sponsor status.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting [email protected]. We may be required to retain certain CEU completion records notwithstanding such a request, in order to comply with applicable recordkeeping obligations.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Vancro CEU Library following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
