Terms of Use

1. Course Access and License
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the applicable course for your personal, individual use. No ownership interest in the course content, materials, or recordings is conveyed. User accounts are for individual use only; sharing of login credentials or of earned CEU credit with any other individual is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

2. Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Courses are offered under Vancro Integrated Interpreting Services' status as an RID CMP Approved Sponsor. CEU credit is awarded solely upon successful completion of the applicable course requirements, which may include full viewing of course content, completion of assessments, or other criteria specified for that course. Vancro is responsible for accurate reporting of completions to RID. Any falsification or misrepresentation of attendance or participation will render the associated CEU credit void.

3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. By completing a purchase, you affirm that you have reviewed the course description and related materials and agree to be bound by these terms. Vancro does not issue refunds on the basis of a change of mind, dissatisfaction with course content, or failure to complete a course, once a purchase has been made.

Refunds may be issued on a case by case basis. To request a refund under the terms above, contact [email protected]. Refund requests are reviewed at Vancro's discretion.

4. Acceptable Use
Course content may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose other than the purchaser's own professional development, without Vancro's prior written consent.

5. Modifications to Content and Availability
Vancro reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course at its discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability
Course content is provided for professional development purposes only. Vancro makes no representation or warranty regarding employment, certification, or licensure outcomes resulting from course completion. Vancro's total liability arising from any course purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that course.

7. Relationship to Platform Terms
These Terms of Service supplement, and do not replace, Thinkific's own platform terms of service, which govern use of the underlying platform.
